thumbnail not shown anymore

Hello,

We use this plugin for a couple months now.
Some customer told us that they didn’t see the video, only a black square spot.
We told them this was probably their computer or their browser, but today I checked a lot of products myself and they’re all black.

Did we uncheck a box in the settings of this plugin which deactivates this, or something else went wrong?
