Cant get plugin to work

I’ve added the code to a page and checked it in a diff browser. Its just not showing where people have to pay via bitcoins. It just shows a user/login while hiding menu titles on the menu bar. I’ve been tweeking this for hours and just cant find how people can sign up via membership crypo.
