• Hello! My website has this message pop up: Fatal error: Arrays are not allowed in class constants in /home2/floatingzoo/public_html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/vendor/automattic/jetpack-sync/src/Modules.php on line 31

According to another forum, this has to do with a recent update with Jetpack. Their solution was to update Jetpack, or delete Jetpack and redownload it again. However I have no access to adding, deleting, or editing any plugins as the admin page to my website gives me the same message. I am stuck.

    Thank you!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hello thank you so much for responding! I am completely useless at this stuff and followed a tutorial to set up my website. I got ftp, however, the only files it lets me edit are ones on my computer. Is there a way to get my websites files? Thank you so much!

You can download files from the server using filezilla software.
It require FTP access details to connect, once connected you can easily download files from there.

Do not move any file or delete without having a compelete backup.
