Show all members on one location

Hello, first i want to say i love your plugin. ist fantastic and everything works great. i have only one thing that i want to figure out… is it possible to show all members, if i click on the arrow-symbol because if more than 1 member is on 1 specific location (city), it shows all members, but only if i zoom all in. the arrow-symbols from maps are all in one position… so i have to zoom all in to show all other positions on one specific location (city)… is there a solution to show without to zoom all in all members on the maps? Maybe something like, if 2 or more members have the same city as their location, the members on the map do not show 1 meter between the members, but 500 meters? so you could see all members without complete zoom … is that possible?
