Version 3.6.1 is broken

    Hi,
    I’ve had to roll back to Version 3.6.0
    3.6.1 stops inserting JS & CSS into the header of my home page, despite not ticking the box “Disable Plugin Files” for that page.

    Are you aware of this problem?
