• Hello,

It used to be that if a user typed domain.com/PageSlug instead of domain.com/section1/section2/PageSlug, they would be directed to the longer URL automatically thanks to the WordPress auto correct feature. This has recently stopped working on my site. I have deactivated recently added plugins, but it doesn’t seem to make difference.

Does anyone know what can cause this?

    Thank you!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Note: I added a redirect from the short URL to the long URL for now (for the link I included as “The page I need help with”), so it may seem to be working, but autocorrect is still not working in general on our website. Thanks. ??

Had the same issue, and came across your post. My solution was to uncheck caching of 404 pages in w3tc page caching settings. It’s a shot in the dark but a lot of people use w3tc and maybe it’ll help someone out!
