Not sure – about how to get support as a paying customer

Hello,

I have bought the Ali2Woo WordPress plugin and have submitted a support ticket at your website; https://ali2woo.com/ 1 July 2019, but still not had any reply.

I have today also tried to sign up at your above website and was informed that an activation email was sent to my email, but so far it has not arrived yet, even after I requested it to be resent.

Making a support ticket here, where there is not any support going on at all…is, of course, a long shot, but I hope I will get a reply very soon.
