Image FULL size never shows

I tried to find the page on your site that showed that image but couldn’t find it. It would be helpful to see the page live, so we could inspect the code, rather than just seeing a screenshot. In any case, to troubleshoot, try changing the theme to a default WordPress theme such as Twenty Nineteen. If the image is then shown full size, then contact the Neve developers for help in solving the theme issue. If the problem persists, deactivate all plugins except Elementor to see if one of the plugins is causing the problem. I’ve just tested this on my own test site, and images open full size in the lightbox as expected, so there’s something on your end that is likely conflicting.

Sorry, both of those sites seem to work the same way to me. Both seem to open the images fully.
