    Hello,

To start off, great plugin. I really like it. Currently using the free version but considering upgrading.
As for the problem: On my website I have a plugin (azurecurve) that lets me toggle some texts. You can find this under the Services section of the site. Your plugin does not auto-translate these texts unless you choose the language again and even then it takes a long time for all the texts to translate.
On my contact form I’m using Contact Form 7. For some reason, the send button adds a capital letter to Message. In the original language the message has no capital letter either. On the homepage however, it removes a capital letter from one of the headers.

I hope to hear from you soon and again, great work!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

    Thanks for your kind words.

The free version is limited and I’m sure that if you use our paid version everything will be all right. It is common that it may do wrong with letter capitalization depending on the context, however in paid version you can edit the texts manually. It is also possible for slow translation with the free version depending on your network, however this is also solved in the paid version. Also the paid version will translate the hidden texts, while the free version waits until the text is visible and for your case it doesn’t detect that.

We have a 15 day trial, you can try and if you have any issues let us know via our live chat and you will get a solution: https://gtranslate.io/#pricing

    Thanks! ??

You are right! I purchased the premium yesterday and everything is working as I wished. It is really amazing! Great work!

    Hello,
I have tried the Free version and most of it looks nice, so thanks!
(I have translated a course home page from Swedish to English, I am the lecturer).
If we decide to buy the Custom version in order to be able to justify the language, for how long will my changes be saved? Do I need to pay for the rest of my life to keep those changes?
I have the same question about what happens if we use the 15 day trial instead of buying.

    Hi,

Our paid version is a service, so you have to pay for it forever if you want us to keep your translations. It has more benefits other than editing translations.

If you are a lecturer, please contact our live chat, we might have a special offer for you: https://gtranslate.io/#contact

    Thanks! ??

    Hi again,
    I contacted the chat, but unfortunately the answer was negative;
GTranslate is not having one-time fees.
