“DHL LOCATIONS” cannot be used- no shipping method enabled

Where is this error message appearing? Do you have a screenshot?

Hi, turns out when we reinstalled the plugin it had some updates in the area of products offered which we werent aware of. I just had to choose the products that should be offered to customers manually (table rate, local pick up etc) as opposed to the previous time we had it installed. In other words the problem is solved. Thank you!

Hi, unfortunately having the same problem again. First time around i just had to add the products, now everything is set up yet this problem comes up with random customers (random countries). For example, I was receiving orders from Switzerland without any issues, now this problem appears. Any ideas?

If you do need them then I need to look into your setup, so you can email “dhlsupport [at] progressusmarketing.com” to continue support.

We have disable the Location Finder for the Moment and hope there will come a fix for the Problem in the near future.

@lonewolf70 Which shipping methods are you using, it might be incompatible with the DHL plugin?
