Missing comments

I’m sorry you’re having this issue!

These are “Order notes” which serve to expose information on changes that happen on orders as a result of payment lapses or reactivation.

There is no way to turn these off.

However, the fact that the number is showing 104 is actually a visual bug.

We will record this bug and look into fixing the issue!

Hi, just wanted to let you know that on another site I can actually see the ‘missing’ LifterLMS comments I was referring to in the comment section.

I only noticed this after I deleted most of my plugins, including LifterLMS (this is a test site, so I didn’t need LifterLMS installed on it any more)

Hi, I’m just curious if this ‘visual bug’ will be fixed? Or, is it safe for me to delete these order notes?

The bug has been logged at https://github.com/gocodebox/lifterlms/issues/901

We’ll get to it when we have some capacity but I don’t have a timeline or ETA for that right now.

If you’re not using LifterLMS then of course it’s safe to delete these.
