Members Experiencing Difficulty Updating Profile Picture

Hello,
Our Ultimate Member users are experiencing difficulties updating their profile picture. The upload picture link once you are in the “Edit Profile” view doesn’t function. No error message. Every other piece of the edit profile page works fine. I tried adding a field in our profile form for users to upload their profile picture, but that also isn’t working correctly.

What version of the Ultimate member you have installed on your site?
Please make sure to update to the latest version and see if it helps.
Do a quick conflict test so we can rule out conflicts with your theme or one of your plugins. Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.Regards.
