• Hi

My website https://www.gbmarcom.com, menu has disappeared. It is visible on customizer, but does not display when live.
I wanted to disable the url(link) of few of the title from head menu and add sub menus. I made a mess of it, hence created a new menu, organized it well and named it primary (the present menu) and thereafter deleted the old menu (top menu). and published. Though the menu is visible on customizer, it is not displaying while live.

    Please guide

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi Satheesh,

Chances are you’ve not checked toe box to assign the new menu to the appropriate menu location.

Go into CUSTOMIZER => MENUS, select to open your new menu, and ensure you’ve checked one of the boxes under MENU LOCATIONS so WordPress knows where in your theme the menu should be placed.

    Good luck!

    Hi

All check boxes checked, menu locations saved, but the situation is the same. the header menu is visible in customization, but it is not visible on a live website.

    Please help

    Hi,

The menu appears on the website, but only after performing some acrobatics. Problem is, I don’t know exactly what maneuver brings up the menu. Try jumping up and down 39 times, pricking your nose for 2 hours, or just open the Chrome Developer Tools box ??

In any case, you have some JS errors on the site which might be related to the mystery of the missing menu.

    Good luck!
