Form field changed not effected

  • Hi,

    I’m using the form shortcode
    [mautic type=”form” id=”XXX”] (with the right form id)

    When ever i make changes in the form on mautic – it NEVER affects the from on the site.

    Tried to clear mautic cache (remove app/cahce)
    Tried to clear wordpress cahce (disabled all the cache plugins i have)
    Cleared local browser cache (clear & hard reload)

    NOTHING!!

    any ideas?

    Hello,

    This must not be related with the WordPress plugin since this plugin only generate the JavaScript import tag to be used in the web page…

    Can you give me an URL to test ?

    Is your Mautic installation behind a proxy ? Like CloudFlare or something similar ?
