Notification emails coming from somewhere strange

  • I manage 100+ WP sites – and gazillion update notifications, however I have one site that instead of the usual “Your WordPress site has been updated…*followed by the sites url*” I get a crazy url that we have nothing do do with. Can anyone point me in the right direction to fix this? The host wasn’t any help. Is this a domain/email issue that I should take up with the registrar? (godaddy)

    Yes, it seems to be something you should take up with Godaddy, as it seems to be something related to the registrar.

    Maybe you can also try to check your plugins and disable them all and enable them one by one to see if the problem is resolved.
