Primary Category in product with multiple categories issue

    Hi everyone,

    I have a product with two categories. To set my breadcrumbs correct for that product, I selected the primary category with Yoast SEO.

    The breadcrumbs above the products are now fine, but I use a widget next to the product, which shows the categories hierarchy. In this widget is showed that the product is in the another one category (which is not primary), but I think that it should show that the product is in the primary category.

    How to fix this?

    We would like some more information.

    1. Can you confirm you are using the most recent Yoast SEO, v11.7? If you update, does the issue resolve?

    2. Are all your non-Yoast plugins and themes also updated?

    3. Can you elaborate more on this widget? Is the widget the default WordPress category widget or some other widget associated with a theme or plugin?

    4. Can you provide a link to a URL that has this widget?
