Bizstart Pro refund

  • I paid $50 for the Pro version but can’t figure out how to reach support. Support was what the $50 was for. Paypal can’t be reached either.

    If there had been support when I asked for it I would not have wanted a refund. That was over a month ago. Still no reply. This theme is giving me problems that it greys out my header photo. I don’t know why or how to fix it. How do I get my money back?

    It has now been four days, 20 hours since this latest post. I am going to my bank to get a refund from paypal now. It has been a month since I paid for this upgrade. That is more than adequate time for the merchant to respond.
