Is this only on the back-end, or on the front-end of the site also?

I’d recommend flushing all caches in W3TC and see if that helps any.

Okay, I got it to work. I had to flush the cache for both W3TC and Chrome. Thanks.

Thanks for letting me know. We have tested with Chrome and cannot duplicate this oddly.

Do you have browser caching enabled in W3TC?

Hmmm, that’s interesting, yes I do have browser caching enabled in W3TC and yet I still had to clear the cache in Chrome itself.

I also had this issue, using Swift LIte as cache

I also had the issue.

All of a sudden after a couple of days not touching my dashboard, I cannot access the Products tab on the dashboard. When I clicked on Products tab, it linked to the Pretty Link dashboard URL: https://playgroundrunway.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=pretty-link-update

I deleted the “Pretty Link” plugin, it still showed the link above, and this message “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”

I tried to access my dashboard on my mobile phone, and I still can access the Products tab as normal.

I’m not sure what might have gone wrong. Has anyone had this problem before and know how to fix it?

I use W3 Total Cache. I emptied all caches and Chrome cache but the issue doesn’t resolve. Please help….!

Might be your browser caching the redirect. Try incognito window or a different browser and see if the issue still exists.
