Hi, when the customizer is opened with the latest version of WP, Yoast SEO e Hestia free that error is raised:
    Error Details

A similar issue was reported on Yoast:

    https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/wordpress-admin-error-class-addon-manager-php/

but I don’t know if it’s something the theme does wrongly or a Yoast problem.

The problematic issue is the inability to customize the blog.

    Thank you, Stefano.

Hi, I need to followup saying I’m not able to reproduce the error anymore :-(.

So probably was a first installation problem, I don’t know.

    Thank you, Stefano.

    Hi there!

I also had this problem. It was quite curious because it only happened on ONE site (out of 5) using the Hestia theme. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Yoast, which did not fix it, but after editing some Hestia parent theme files, the problem vanished. Not sure why but for anyone looking at this issue, try reinstalling Hestia theme first.

I have the exact same issue. I install Yoast SEO and for 10 minutes or so everything seems fine. Then once I open up the Customizer I get the exact same error message.
If I deactivate and uninstall Yoast the problem vanishes.
I only have this problem using the Hestia Theme so something is clearly up.

How did you solve the issue? Did you manage to get Yoast running on Hestia Theme?
I really want to use Yoast SEO but it seems to be crashing my page.

    This is not resolved.

This issue happen to me also, once I install the plugin it happens with the same msg. I have pinpointed the issue to class-hestia-customizer-notices.php on line 145.

Method “maybe_add_main_notice”, specifically the $this->add_section method on line 150.

Once I commented that implementation everything worked. Once I uncommented it broke again. But some times when I uncommented it worked also, then I deleted all the transients from the DB using WP CLI and it broke again.

    hope it helps.

    Wp version – 5.3
    Yoast version – 12.6.2
    Hestia theme version – 2.5.5

Hello, this doesn’t seem to be resolved. If I deactivate Toast SEO I can access the customizer, but as soon as I reactivate it I can’t access it anymore. The changes I’ve made stay on the page though, so this is a temporary solution.

    Yoast SEO version : 13.3
    WordPress version : 5.3.2
    Hestia version :2.5.6

Not resolved. Still have the issue but know to turn off Yoast before making customizer changes. Now appears to be cropping up in more sites.

    Hi there,

I’m sorry to hear that you still face the issue.

Can you please update the theme to the latest version, 3.0.1, and WordPress as well to version 5.4.1?

When you have some time, please post an update about the theme behavior with the latest versions.

    Hi there,

This was fixed for me in the latest Hestia update: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/yoast-hestia-theme-conflict/
