Doing conversion but not value

Hello,

I set everything up just like the video, I checked the labels and they were fine. I have 30 conversions but not a single value.
I spoke with Google Ads and they told me that in the final code I had to include the highlighted code in ASP of this page:

Why does not it work for me?
