Menu page links not working after Multi Site install

Hello,

My main menu page links stopped working after installation of Multisite. Everything else seems absolutely fine, except wherever I try to open a page it gives me Not Found screen.
I edited both htpaccess and wp-config files with the provided codes during the Multisite installation. Just in case I will attach both corrected files codes.
