search plugin uploading

    Hi, when I search for a certain plugin by “add new”. after typing the new of the plugin in the searching bar, the page is shown nothing and looking like keeping uploading without results. but the “featured” “popular” tag are all working fine. anyone know what is going on, same things happen when I upload the media library with a big photo, but the format of list, the list works ok.

    I would suggest you install the Health Check plugin and review its finding, it might give you some direction.

    @kartiks16 I have installed the HC, it seems to be ok for the checking results. which part of the result do you want me to share here? basically, it shows the version of wp, service,PHP, etc and cache and updates policy. I don’t believe it can detect any error of any plugin, which I believe is patient cause

    The reason for suggesting is, it may give you the error if that is due to some plugin conflict or due to any missing libraries.

    Rest if you can share the screenshots of the result it will be helpful.

    You can use a different mode, we normally use imgur or prnt.sc

    You can even use G/Drive if you are comfortable with that.

    @kartiks16 the problem is solved. plus my media library keeping uploading, I solve both of the problems by figure out the weird character files’name caused by Chinese characters in my database. so, for similar problems, you can check the file name if there is any weird character. I don’t know how the problem related to this, at least, so far, there is the only fact I can link the problem. anyone can carry on the discussion for deep understanding if necessary.
