Tab bar not lined up with header

When I go to my URL: diabeticssupportsocks.com or click on ‘Home’, a snippet of code: ” /> briefly appears in the upper-left hand corner of my header just before the site fully loads after which my the tab bar is shifted out of position to the bottom of the header.

When I click on any of the topic links in my right-hand sidebar, the site loads fine, the code isn’t visible, and the tab bar is in it’s proper position.

Anyone have an idea as to how I can fix this glitch? Thanks.
