    Hey!

I have a Campaign using a WpForm shortcode already configured. It’s supposed to popup on my homepage, 2 seconds after the page is loaded. When I’m logged in wp-admin, it works just fine. But when I visit my website through other devices, not logged in, my survey wont pop up. The display rules are properly set to “All users”. Any tips?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,
    Thank you for writing in.
We have checked your site and there is some javascript error on your homepage.
Which is blocking Icegram from loading.
Please check this and solve this.
Then Icegram will work fine on your site.

    Thanks.

I tried to run Script_DEBUG on wp-config.php but it didnt work.

I’ve managed to spot the JS errors running on google chrome:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘container’ of undefined
    at Slider.IIS.Slider.addCaptions (footer-ae554a5a-0.min.js:120)

But i dont know what to do next…

    It’s solved now!

It was a plugin conflict problem. Wp Cache and Fast Velocity Minify were conflicting with Popup, so I disabled them.
