Add-on price not showing for text field

    I have added a text option with an add on price of 5 to allow for a personlised message to be added. However the price is not being shown on the Product page when a message has been input.

    It does add to the total in the shopping cart, but when the customer is on the product page it looks like there is no extra charge.

    I’ve tried all Price Display options on the Product Meta Basic Settings page.++Is this a bug, or am I doing something wrong? I’m using the latest WooCommerce version and 18.2 of PPOM.
