Snippet doesn’t save on multisites

Hi,

When trying to edit a snippet on a multisite, the snippet returns to it’s original text after saving. After doing some searches it looks like this problem occurred for multiple people over time.

By disabling rules 607-609 the snippet can be edited and saved as intended. Of course this problem will re-occur after updating Yoast. So this is only a temporary solution and Yoast should look into this.
