Emails Not Sending

  • We have been having trouble sending emails from our site using Formcraft. We were advised to use your plugin. After installing and putting the settings in we are getting this message:

    “The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”

    Support told us it seems to be having problems with WordPress 5+ & to message you here. It says it is sending instructions to admin but we are not receiving those instructions either.
