Images and data are disappearing from custom post types

    Since earlier this year, we have been experiencing an issue where we upload products for our client and then everything we upload will disappear. The images turn into grey icons in the media library instead of image thumbnails and in their posts, all of the information we just put in is completely gone.

    Has anyone experienced this same issue? Did you ever find a solution? Help!

    Hi @saravansenus

    Sorry to hear that you’re experiencing these issues overall, but it’s very hard for me to say with any certainty that our plugin is having any effect on the topic. At best, does it happen even when CPTUI is disabled? If yes, then it’s definitely something else going on in the site. However, I couldn’t answer what.
