  • Hi there,

What setting do you have in Dashboard -> Profile Builder -> Settings -> Allow Users to Log in With ?

Please make sure that you have “Username and Email”

Also, another question. If a user has a regular username such as “foobar” does the login work then?

And another one: Does the problem persist on the back-end login form located at:

    https://www.seasonalliving.com/wp-login.php

Or is the problem only present on the front-end login form?

    Best regards,
    Gabriel

    Thanks for the reply.

I do have “Username and Email” selected.

The login does work with the username “foobar”, but not a username of “[email protected]”.

The problem does not exist on /wp-login.php. Seems to be on front end form at /members

Currently, I’m getting a Password Not Found error if the username is an email address. If I use the actual email address for the account, I can login. I also recall getting a username not found previously.

    thanks

    Hi there,

This is rather curious because I can not reproduce the problem on my test rig, suggesting that this is something particular to your situation over there.

Are you using MultiSite or is it just a regular WordPress instance?

    Best regards,
    Gabriel
