• Hello,
    after a new post on our website I’m (the admin) getting a lot of notficatoins about the new post. The newsletter is not being sent to the other E-Mail Adresses in the list, but every 10 to 20 min it is sent to me (as the first person in the List). I allready tried putting the articel back to draft and posting it again, but that didn’t help. Anyone know what to do?

    I have the same issue with the 4.1.10 version of the free version of Email Subscribers & Newsletters.

    I doubt it is a setting issue since I had to get back to the 4.1.8 version to get the plugin running again properly.

    Using the 4.1.10 version I had the following issue when posting a new item :
    (a) When posting to a test list of 5 people including the admin adress
    1- the admin adress never received any email
    2-Each of the he 4 remaining adresses received repeating notification (up to 50 times X 4 adresses = 200 notifications at least) until I finally delete the report, which stopped the notification process.
    3- Despite those numerous notification, the status report never switched to “completed”

    (b) In the same time I tried posting to the full list (850 people). this never worked out. Despite the fact I cliked several time on the various option to send queued email the report kept displaying “send” but no email sent.

    I am running WP 4.9.6 and my only short term fix was reversing to 4.1.8 because this is the latest version that worked successfully on prior posting.
    this plugin.

    We have just released a new version of ES (4.1.11). Can you please check with it and confirm the fix?

    many thanks for your diligent answer and fix.

    I ran a test on my regular test group of 5 email adresses.
    – The report switched to completed and received only one shot of notification as expected.
    – I got 4 emails but once again the 5th (admin adress) did not received any email (except for the regular “campaign sent” message per my settings). For your information, looking back to earlier test I ran in the past, it sounds the admin adress issue occured anyway from time to time before version 4.1.10

    So sounds we are almost there

    I will test the fix on the full data base later next week with a new post and let you know asap.

    I’m having a similar issue with 4.1.11
    Subscribers are receiving emails continuously until I manually delete it.

    @denob It shouldn’t happen with ES 4.1.11.

    Please try with new broadcast with test list and let us know how it goes.

    I thought I had reported my latest test but I probably did sthg wrong since it’s missing in the reply section.

    So this is to confirm I ran 4.1.1.12
    – on my full data base (850 people). Everything went as expected. Good fix !
    – on my test data base (5 people including the admin email adress) and there is only one (minor) issue left: The admin adress did not received any individual notification (except for the regular “campaign sent” message per my settings)
