Klarna Checkout error (Unauthorized).

Your Klarna API merchant_id (K659056) is configured for Klarna Payments. Please disable the Klarna Checkout Woo plugin in your store and retest. I do not yet see any Klarna Payments API calls for your MID in our logs.

Ok, thank you. Now it’s working. I found out that I can only order if I create account from Sweden. I did not know I need to apply for each country on it’s own. Do I need to do one application for each country?

I am using this gateway in wordpress website.
I have API for USA.
Whenever Someone from trinidad and tobago tries to make purchase and put their address of trinidad and tobago they get error message.

Now When for testing reason I put up the Billing address of USA and shipping of trinidad and tobago, to my surprise the order was successful.

To make this gateway work for all over the world (Billing address) not just for USA what is to be done. Will be great if you can help me thru this issue.

You need to contact your Klarna Merchant support and apply to use their Global Checkout for your Klarna account. That way you will be able to sell to more countries through card payment at least.

I get the “Klarna Checkout error (Unauthorized)” message again. I only use Klarna payments. I try to checkout (ip-finland) with Euro and it does not work. Same when I have the language Sweden and SEK showing. Could it be because I need to use a currency shifter? Because my currency shifts by language now

Hi,

If you receive this error message: Unauthorized
It usually means that you are using your credentials for the wrong plugin. It could also mean that the username and/or password is incorrect, try copying & pasting instead of typing in directly and double check for whitespace. If you need support, you should email your regions Klarna Merchant contact.

How can the credentials be wrong when I used the same ones for 4 months?

Hello i’m using Klarna Checkout and I got the “Klarna Checkout error (Unauthorized)” and the only payment solution im using is Klarna Checkout in the Europe Region. I’ve talked to Klarna support and I haven’t gotten any helpful responses yet.
I need to go live like yesterday.. Please help

Edit: I’ve tried 20 diffrens api-key combinations through Klarna Checkout in production ID but keep getting the same msg..
