Registration Error

When is register using this plugin in the site I am getting an error for user_role cannot be null. Error: https://www.screencast.com/t/aboY5sqKKiHu.
In the backend I have set the user-role to participant in the plugin bouncer tab. Backend: https://www.screencast.com/t/4CeSndEE .
Please help me to resolve this error.
