    Hi there,
we just found a bug and would like to know whether anyone else can see it.

We use WP-Matomo 1.0.22 connected to Matomo 3.11.0 on WordPress 5.2.2 and Mailpoet 3.34.4 running on PHP 7.3.

When we enable “Show graph on WordPress Toolbar”, the Mailpoet-Settings-Page becomes white and the menu on the website itself disappears for logged in admins.

No php-errors are shown in the log.

I have a dev-site so you could log in and watch for yourself. Would you like some credentials?

    Regards,
    Chris

    Hi Chris,

yes, this issue is known, but I never had a dev-site to test this in detail. So if you can send me the credentials to webmaster()braekling.de, this would be great. I’ll have a look at this the next days.

Just an update for everybody else: Chris sent me login credentials for a testing system, but currently I’m on vacation. I’ll check this asap.

Ok, looks like MailPoet somehow seems to suppress the embedding of the sparkline javascript. This line is missing on all MailPoet admin pages:

    <script type='text/javascript' src='https://example.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-piwik/js/sparkline/jquery.sparkline.min.js?ver=1.0.22'></script>

Btw, it’s the same for all other plugin’s JavaScript, e.g., on the sample page an image optimizer plugin is used, but its JavaScript is not embedded on MailPoet pages as well.

So, MailPoet should check what they are doing there and why/how they are blocking other plugins’ usage of wp_enqueue_script.

With the next WP-Piwk update, I’ll add a check to make sure sparkline is loaded, so that at least the error does not occur anymore. But this will only “hide” and not fix the issue, the toolbar graph won’t appear on all MailPoet pages anymore.
