    Greetings Duracelltomi,

First of all, thank you so much for your plugin, documentation and great support here on the forum.

I am currently having trouble with tracking our checkout properly. The cart is built as an instant checkout, and I do not receive any datalayer pushes in the checkout which I assume I should receive?

F.e. gtm4wp.removeFromCartEEC or gtm4wp.checkoutOptionECC. However, I somehow manage to get the gtm4wp.checkoutStepEEC push when removing a product.

I’m using your option “cart as 1 st step”, and the pixelyoursite plugin is normally inactive when testing.

Have you perhaps encountered similar problems before?

    Kind regards,
    Emil

    Hi Emil,

I am sorry but such combined cart+checkout cases are currently not supported by GTM4WP.
Also, using Klarna, your site includes an iframe with “Dina uppgifter” and “Leverans” data input which can not be tracked from your main site as it is protected by browser security rules.

Cart events are missing because the page identifies itself as the checkout page. GTM4WP is looking at the class attribute of the <body> element. Normally this includes woocommerce-cart on the cart page and woocommerce-checkout on the checkout page.

On your cart+checkout page only woocommerce-checkout is present which will make GTM4WP not firing necessary event listeners. Perhaps this part could be re-added if you could somehow manage to include woocommerce-cart in the body class of your combined checkout experience.
