Why doesn’t my featured image not show up

I have the featured image selected in my dashboard under add new page and when I’m on the site the featured image doesn’t show up. I have unselected the jetpack option in my plugin for the lazy load. I have done everything I can think of but still, the featured image doesn’t show up. How do I fix this?
