Posts Grid filtering does not reflow when changing browser size

For example let’s say you have 10 categories being displayed in the header level filter. When you open the page maximized, it displays as many categories as it can, and the rest get placed inside of the ‘More’ menu.

However, when you resize the browser window to be smaller, it does not redraw the filter, leaving its contents exposed, and the category terms stacked on top of each other like a loose list. It should re-draw, noting what the new browser window size is, and displaying the filter accordingly.

This is only an issue when using a re-sizable browser window, on a laptop/desktop.
