    Hi all,

So I have added two shortcodes to my front page and everything was fine until I changed event background color to dark purple. And from that moment no change can be applied either of color or font size/color. Really have not got any clue why would that be. Any suggestions appreciated. (Works fine on twentynineteen)

When you will save settings please clear cache if you are using any cache plugin and check your page inside incognito/private window because settings save option creates a static css file according to new options and sometimes browsers and cache plugins serves old css file from cache.

Let me know if changes work after clearing cache or checking inside private window of browser.

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, nothing worked. I disabled cashe, checked in incognito, cleared everything there is to clear from Chrome and IE, and still no color change. Same on the local host. I might be simply the one extremely unlucky here ??

Same problem here, I don’t have any caching plugins (The Events Calendar and The Events Calendar Shortcode and Templates were the first plugins I installed). I immidiatly tried changing the color but I can’t see the change. I can’t see the changes I’ve done to the fonts either.

Using Astra theme and inserted the shortcode via Elementor

    Hi @samvimes,

I have checked our plugin with Astra theme and Elementor, style settings are worked fine at our end.
Please clear your browser cache or checking inside a private window of the browser. If you are still facing this issue then please share your website link.

    Thanks

Here is the current color setup, these are not the colors we want in the end but we went with some stand out ones for debugging.

I don’t have any caching, this runs a bare metal. I’ve tried restarting PHP and Nginx, I’ve also tried restarting the whole server. But the changes are still not visible

Maybe it is a good idea if we share list of plugins we use. Maybe this will help somehow?

    Thanks

I updated the link to HTTPS and now everything works as expected, the circle at the top of the list of coming events looks a bit funky in FireFox but that is something different.

Thank you for your help jyoti197!

    Hi @samvimes,

    It’s my pleasure!
Hope you like our plugin and support. Kindly share your valuable feedback.
    Thanks In Advance!

same thing happens to me and remains unresolved in week-old ticket

The plugin doesn’t play nice with browsers. Deleting cache, cookies, server cache, lightspeed cache, cloudflare cache doesn’t work. Everytime I make a change I need to spin up a new proxy server to see it

    Its ridiculous
