Address incomplete when entries exported

Hi,
I have opened a Support Ticket but it is not appearing and I have no idea whether the ticket is registering or not.
Users are filling out a form and putting their complete address with state and zipcode, when the email comes it has the state and zipcode.
The entries when exported are missing state and zipcode, can this be fixed so when I am exporting entries I get the state and zip code.
I am using the fully paid PRO version.
Please advise.
