• Absolutely poor customers service; did not deliver on anything but they were very quick to ask for money. Save your time and money on this plugin and stay away…They have created a contract that they will hide behind and subsequently refuse to return any money back to you after doing nothing. Don’t lose your money as I have done.

    Hello @saryatsiliel , Kindly note that M-PESA integration is not a one-day event as explicitly explained in your developer account. We have talked and advised you to talk with your bank to give us access to your APIs but you refused to cooperate, we have no other option but to wait till the day you will cool down and allow paytalk do its work. Your paid service is still available. Thank you.

    I’ve been working with WordPress and plugins for the past seven years and developed hundreds of websites for clients internationally. Once payment is issued for a service/product then customer service or products are delivered especially when there are issues. This is standard business practice around the world. You did none of that and refused to respond until I asked for refund.

    You need to read, understand and streamline yourself with our terms and conditions. So far we have not breached any one of them. You engaged us outside working hours plus you also refused to cooperate on acquiring the APIs from your bank. Let us reason together, we are not the angel Gabriel to teleport the APIs from your bank into our gateway without your written permission to them.
