    I just installed MalCare, but when I click on the link to the dashboard, I get the message “Unsyncable site.”

    Hey!

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    We can see that this website was added in a different account where the plugin was later deactivated. This is causing the error that you’re facing.

    In order to rectify this, you will need to delete the “bvPublic” row from the Options table of your website. That will fix this error & enable you to run the sync of your website.
