Paypal button not showing

    I have enabled paypal standard, but not payment button appears after submitting form, though the price does.
    Also, I have created two calendars, but booking time on one does not block time on the other, although both are synced to the same Google Calendar. The appointments of both calendars show up on the Google Calendar, and the appointments of Google Calendar show up in the booking list, but do not block time on either. Please tell me what I need to do.
