Can’t log into site

I have been using this plugin for a few weeks without issue. Today, I attempted to log in and received a message that I needed to solve the captcha, however it was not displayed. I restarted the browser to no avail and tried a different browser again without success. My only solution was to rename the plugin folder from my host control panel to gain access. I was able to access my site after the change, and I have now disabled the plugin for the login page until I find a working solution.

UPDATE: The problem appears to have been related to my forms having an integrated reCAPTCHA and I was using V3, but my key was V2. After making these changes with the help from the developer, the issue is sorted.
