    as time duration in seconds and something like this 987 -1597 seconds your visitors get new posts really at random time.
    This also helps your ranking in long run and if you use higher values it may save you from penalties from google.
    One of our is set at 987-4181 seconds and you can check its visibility on google.

    I also encourage the author to include these sequence on the dashboard so users could select on the go.
