I installed “ShortPixel Adaptive Images” plugin.. and tested it..
I think this plugin is amazing!!

And I tried to see what’s happening when the plugin is deactivated..
Then.. all the images are not showing..
Preciesly, all the images which were uploaded before the plugin is installed are not showing.. the images which are uploaded after the plugin is installed.. this is FINE!

If I use this plugin permanently.. this is OK!
But I want to be sure that I can deactivate anytime I wish..
Can you help me what I can do??

Hey @kmpark1440 – thanks for your message and kind words! ??

I don’t remember anyone in the past complaining about such a behavior, just deactivating the plugin should work without problems.
Could you please try to flush your website’s cache after deactivating ShortPixel Adaptive Images and see if this fixes the problem?

If not then please contact me directly mentioning this ticket so I can have closer look. Please make sure you include the URL to your website. Also sharing temporary admin access to your website would help me figure out what is going on faster.

    Thank you,
    Alex

I have the same problem. Did anyone find any solution?

Thank you, did you also mention this ticket? I cannot seem to find your message but I guess that a colleague is taking care of it already.
If that’s not the case then please let me know your email address or some specific details from your message so I can find it among the many other tickets ??

    Thanks,
    Alex
