Blank Page After Download

    When a purchase is made on my site (free purchase), they get a button to download. When someone downloads that item, a blank screen appears and the only way to get back to my site is to arrow back. Does anyone know how to have a virtual product download in a new tab?

    Check your PHP Error logs, possibly something is causing a fatal error when accessing that pages of your site.
