Compatibility with Siteground WP auto update

Hi,

I am would love to use your plugin to disable updates to the Govpress theme. But I just wanted to check whether there might be any compatibility/interaction issues with Siteground’s WP auto update tool – this automatically updates hosted sites with WP updates (cannot be disabled) and plugin updates (I have disabled this option). I have checked with Siteground and they say the tool does NOT autoupdate themes.
