[Plugin: ProjectManager] uploading problems?

I used it to link it to the profile, so I wanted to upload a picture for profiles, so I chose a file choser field.

but the file is not uploaded to upload/projects so the plugin is giving me a bunch of errors about the file not being there.

Am I supposed to change the upload folder? b/c it seems like wp saves them in folders by year and month by default.
