500 error with lazy load on images with large pixel height

Your server is likely having trouble generating a PNG placeholder that large. We limited the placeholders to 1920 wide in the last release, but we’ll need to implement a maximum height for the placeholders as well.

I’ll let you know when I have a fix ready for you to try.
