Date Range Input

I’ve been trying to edit the date range input but first of all it’s not showing, next I would like to have dates visible only increments by two years example current year 2019 and 2020. When 2019 ends it displays 2020 and 2021.

Also instead of displaying the current date it show 6 weeks from current date.

Are these options available in this plugin?
