Contact Us Page not sending all fields/data email

  • Dear Support,

    I have created a webpage https://www.mzglobaltrading.com with contact pages on home page and contact us page.

    Both are having the same issue that when I am sending a test message through the contact form, following issues are faced:

    1. Email received does not contain data from all fields. It only shows from 4.
    2. Data from 4 fields shown is mingled with another field.

    Can you please help in fixing this issue ASAP.
